- Use jargon to pad an invoice. If I can't explain what I'm building in plain English, I shouldn't be building it.

We say so. You pay only for the audit week, keep the report, and get our honest no. We would rather lose a build than sell you something that will not earn its keep.
How is this different from hiring a regular consultant?
Most consultants hand you a slide deck of recommendations. We are engineers, so we hand you something that is already running. The audit itself ends with one fix implemented, not proposed.
Do I need to be technical to work with you?

I'm Faraz. I spent 25 years building software, as an Enterprise Architect at a Fortune 10 company and across Pakistan, Germany, Saudi Arabia, and the US. Most of those years were spent at the seam between business and engineering, translating what a business actually needed into something that could be built, shipped, and kept running.
In all that time I watched the same thing happen everywhere. Smart, hard-working owners and managers spending their one finite asset on work a machine should do. Evenings in the inbox. Fridays on follow-ups. Hours that never came back.
So I built Khirad. Khirad (خرد) is the Persian word for wisdom, and the hard part of this work was never the AI. It is knowing where it gives you hours back, where it doesn't, and how to keep it useful once it's in. That judgment is what 25 years of building software is actually for.
